This site and the Bruce Hilty Personal / Daisy SMS program are operated by Bruce Hilty ("I", "me"). This policy explains how mobile numbers and message data are collected and used for this application-to-person (A2P) program.
What this program is
Bruce Hilty Personal / Daisy is a household operations assistant application. The application sends transactional SMS from (307) 323-4027 to vendors and service providers who already have a business relationship with Bruce Hilty — for example appointments, scheduling, and service follow-ups with a barber, groomer, or propane company. Messages are triggered by the application when Bruce approves a task.
This is an application-to-person (A2P) program. It is not marketing, not bulk messaging, and not personal friend or family chat. Recipients are consented business contacts. The owner is not the only recipient, and this program is not person-to-person (P2P) texting.
Information collected
The program collects the mobile phone numbers of consented recipients and the message content needed to deliver each SMS (for example appointment times, service details, and related transactional text).
How information is used
Mobile numbers and message content are used only to send transactional appointment and service texts from the application. They are not used for marketing or promotional campaigns.
No sharing of mobile information
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are not sold. SMS consent and opt-in data are not shared with anyone for marketing.
Message frequency
Message frequency is up to 20 messages per month and varies with scheduled work.

Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out and stop receiving texts. Reply HELP to any message for help.
Data retention and security
Message data is retained only as needed to operate the program and is protected with reasonable technical safeguards.
